The Reliability Engineer role is pivotal in implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to address issues and boost overall equipment effectiveness. Your experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement will enable you to lead root cause failure analysis initiatives and foster technician development.

• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs
