In a context of expansion, digital transformation, and harmonization of practices, the organization is looking to strengthen its corporate reliability center of expertise. The role of Director of Reliability (Manufacturing) is therefore strategic: it aims to define the vision, modernize standards, optimize assets, and support local teams in the evolution of their practices, operational maturity, and day‑to‑day challenges.
