page for more information.**Job Responsibilities*** Act as primary facilitator and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), guiding teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile and SAFe practices* Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including:* PI Planning (Program Increment Planning) events, ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and committed PI goals.* ART Sync meetings (Scrum of Scrums + PO Sync).* Proactively manage program-level risks, impediments, dependencies, and compliance blockers - escalating to governance/risk committees as needed and ensuring issues do not impact release integrity or regulatory deadlines.* Escalate and help resolve program-level impediments that teams or Scrum Masters cannot address on their own.* Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment between strategy and execution.* Drive flow optimization and predictability metrics while ensuring releases ad...
