Key Responsibilities:
• Lead PI Planning and ART Sync meetings effectively
• Resolve program-level impediments and escalate as necessary
• Drive flow optimization and adherence to change management
• Foster Agile maturity among teams and Scrum Masters
• Report ART status and risks to the executive team
