Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new direct investor business from private clients; individual members of the investing public who invest their own capital. Reporting to the VP, Capital Markets, the Relationship Manager role is a licensed Dealing Representative and responsible for developing new private client business. The Relationship Manager is expected to be knowledgeable about Equiton’s real estate-based product offerings, the investor subscription process, Exempt Market Dealer compliance regulations and requirements, and must have the ability to effectively assess investor suitability.
You must be an ambitious self-starter with a high degree of energy, motivation and discipline to achieve sales success. Superior sales and client service skills are a must.
