Position: Relationship Manager - Branch Assets

Location: Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) & Haryana (Rohtak)

Qualification: Graduation 

Experience: Min 2+ Years of Relevant Experience in Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Auto Loans, and Other Secured Lending Products.

Salary: upto 10 LPA (Fixed) + Variables

Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing the bank's asset portfolios, customer relationship management, business development, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales: Acquire new customers for asset products
2. Generate business through branch referrals, walk-in customers, and external channels.
3. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
4. Assess customer eligibility and collect required documents.
