Relational Associate Pastor for Community Growth
Job Description
Seeking a passionate Associate Pastor dedicated to nurturing community connections and discipleship. Lead a welcoming church as we reach out and grow together in faith.
This role involves developing discipleship programs and providing crucial pastoral support. You will engage with newcomers and empower ministry teams, ensuring the church’s mission aligns with its values. Active participation in Sunday services and local/global missions will further enhance your impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of discipleship pathways
• Provide compassionate pastoral care and support
• Foster engagement and connection with newcomers
• Organize and support ministry teams and volunteers
• Participate meaningfully in Sunday services
Requirements:
• Theological education (MDiv or equivalent preferred)
• Must be ordained or pursuing ordination
• Strong commitment to pastoral ministry
