THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Marketing, you will:
Own the strategy and execution of key digital channels, namely, CRM (Email, SMS, Push), Paid Social, Paid Search & Programmatic, as well as testing emerging channels across social, DOOH & Display. Develop a robust media-mix modeling strategy, ensuring spend is distributed across key channels, looking to diversify the Reigning Champ channel mix to deliver efficient customer acquisition, retention, whilst balancing long-term brand growth, with direct response revenue goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with seasonal CPA targets for each market and platform. Build a test/learn culture, to ensure we are driving incremental growth with each new initiative.
