Regulatory Submission Specialist Global Markets
Job Description
Support global regulatory submission activities as a Publishing Officer. Engage in preparing and publishing electronic submissions while ensuring compliance with regional authorities and internal quality standards.
This role requires hands-on experience with eCTD publishing and international submissions. You will be responsible for compiling, validating, and ensuring the technical accuracy of regulatory submissions across multiple formats. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will coordinate projects to meet tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regulatory publishing in eCTD, NeeS, and other formats
• Compile submissions meeting health authority standards
• Validate accuracy and compliance of published documents
• Plan publishing projects with internal collaborators
• Conduct quality checks and manage submission documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar
