Regulatory Policy Senior Manager (Xico)

Regulatory Policy Senior Manager will drive regulatory policy in collaboration with the regional Latin America Team and Global Regulatory Policy and Intelligence. The individual will develop and implement strategic advocacy plans and provide strategic policy support to the Latin America Team.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico or São Paulo, Brazil. Work Pattern: Hybrid.

• Lead, develop, and implement strategic advocacy plans to drive regulatory policy work and prioritize goals for Latin America.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and changing regulatory landscapes.
• Serve as the J&J representative in relevant external organizations, including trade associations, regulators and partners.
• Develop and communicate the organization's policy positions on key regulatory issues.
