Manage the annual RCM Assessment process, including advisory support for risk and control owners. Support the ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program and participate in regular testing of Regulatory Compliance Risk themes. Support the development of other RCM policies and procedures as the Bank continues to mature its Compliance function. Support assessment of and new initiatives.
