The Regulatory Affairs Manager leads the development and execution of regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations while advocating for the company’s interests.
The Opportunity
The Manager of Regulatory Affairs is a key leader responsible for developing and leading regulatory strategy and positioning while ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies, aligning operational practices with regulatory requirements, and communicating key information to stakeholders and customers. The manager actively advocates and influences regulatory bodies such as the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) to support organizational positions.
