Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements in Mexico and Central America related to the labeling of cosmetic products.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, compilation, and strategically planned submission of regulatory packages and applications to the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure products comply with local and international regulatory standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sanitary regulations and standards in Mexico and Central America, ensuring the company’s products meet these requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of regulatory professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.
- Provide training and support to staff on regulatory matters.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of regulatory submissions, approvals, and RAO management activities.
