Join The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County as a Temporary Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse and contribute to compassionate end-of-life care. Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment with a focus on patient needs.
In this up to six-month position, you will support the Hospice Residence Manager and provide high-quality care to patients. This role involves direct involvement in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and educating families on health care provisions. You will also manage complex situations effectively, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each patient.

• Develop and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patients
