We have 1 RPN vacancy for a community client in New Lowell. The shift is nights 10 pm to 8 am weekends only – MUST be available every other weekend starting March 13/14/15, then March 27/28/29 then April 10/11/12. The RPN is expected to be Tracheostomy Trained. This is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and reassessments
• Developing, monitoring, and updating plans of care, as assigned
• Providing medication support and administration
