We have 1 RPN vacancy for a community client in New Lowell. The shift is nights 10 pm to 8 am weekends only - MUST be available every other weekend. The RPN is expected to be Tracheostomy Trained. This is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and reassessments
• Developing, monitoring, and updating plans of care, as assigned
• Providing medication support and administration
• Responding to all emergency situations
• Completing reports and communicating with the family about any changes in care
