Reports to: Director of Care
Role
The RPN plays a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by supporting the LTC Home in the administration of medications, treatments, and assessments. This position actively participates in all multidisciplinary meetings to ensure excellence in resident care and uphold the quality of nursing practice in accordance with College of Nurses of Ontario Standards, Long-Term Care Standards, and Southbridge Care Homes Standards.
