Join the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences as a Registered Practical Nurse in their Dual Diagnosis Transitional Housing Rehabilitation Program. Play a vital role in supporting community transitions in Whitby, Ontario.
This permanent, full-time position will allow you to leverage your clinical knowledge in mental health to assist individuals with dual diagnoses. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to both behavioral plans and community education. Central responsibilities include managing referrals, supporting psychiatric transitions, and monitoring client progress in a community setting.
