Registered Practical Nurse – Assertive Community Transition Team (ACTT-SW), South West program

Position: 1‑year Contract, Full‑Time. 35 hours per week. Evening hours and weekends may be required.

Salary Range: $56,444–$68,492 per annum. Candidate experience will be considered when determining the starting salary.
