Make a difference as a Registered Nurse at our long-term care facility. We're seeking a candidate who excels in coordinating resident-focused care while promoting teamwork and compassion.
In this casual role, you will work under the Director of Care to oversee the delivery of personalized nursing services. Key responsibilities include managing care plans, supervising PSWs and RPNs, and acting as a resource for families and residents. Flexible hours are available to meet our scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify individualized care plans
• Supervise staff activities and performance evaluations
• Monitor medication administration and record-keeping
• Conduct unit rounds and resolve resident concerns
• Ensure compliance with the resident Bill of Rights
Requirements:
• Current RN certification from Ontario or equivalent
• Basic CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
