Location: 242-bed Long-Term Care Home, Laurier Manor, Ottawa, Ontario, 1715 Montreal Rd.

Shifts: Casual position, Days (6:30-14:30), Evenings (14:30-22:30), Nights (22:30-6:30).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.
