Registered Nurse Renal Transplant Program

St. Michael’s Hospital Kidney Transplant Program is one of six adult kidney transplant centers in the province. We transplant 130-150 patients annually. We pride ourselves on a personal approach to care, ensuring all patients feel empowered with the knowledge and skills to choose and manage a transplanted kidney. We are a small but dedicated team, with excellent physician support, autonomy in practice and with a high degree of satisfaction in our work.

The Kidney Transplant Team is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. The role includes working with recipients and donors from initial referral to post transplant care. Our team works with a number of internal and external stakeholders that include Renal Care Centers, Trillium Gift of Life Network, Canadian Blood Services and Health Canada.
