Reports to: Director of Care
The RN plays a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by supporting the LTC Home in the administration of medications, treatments, and assessments. This role actively participates in all multidisciplinary meetings to ensure excellence in resident care and continuous improvement in nursing practices.
