Extend your nursing career at Extendicare Tecumseh Home as a part-time Registered Nurse. Lead by example in providing exceptional care and mentorship during night and evening shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing care plans and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care for residents at our 128-bed facility. Your expertise and leadership will help create a supportive environment for both residents and your team. This position is designed for nurses who are looking to grow and positively impact lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with care providers on resident care plans
• Direct and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Evaluate team performance regularly
• Implement standards of nursing practice
• Educate and support fellow team members
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with the provincial college
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
• Availability for night and evening shifts
