In this role, you will report to the Manager of Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy, working primarily with critically ill adults and sometimes children.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients' health
- Deliver preventative and therapeutic interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Engage in continuous career development
- Support a culture of safety within the unit
Qualifications
- Registration with Ontario College of Nurses
- 3 years of critical care nursing experience
- Current BCLS and ACLS certification
- Critical Care Certificate
- Willingness to complete PALS training
