The Registered Nurse (Float Pool) will provide nursing care to a wide variety of patients at Brightshores Health System. Throughout each shift, the Registered Nurse (FP) will be a member of the nursing team that provides direct nursing care to a specific unit within the assigned hospital. It is possible that the Registered Nurse (FP) may commence their scheduled shift in one clinical area and, in response to fluctuations in patient census or acuity, may be re-directed to a different unit to support operational requirements. It is also possible the Registered Nurse (FP) may be temporarily assigned to a specific unit/program area to provide coverage for extended leaves of absence or vacancies, as determined by organizational needs.
