Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care in alignment with the RN scope of practice outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Maintains the health record according to CNO documentation standards and Humber River Health Policies and Procedures.
- Works collaboratively with Family Medicine residents and learners, including teaching and assisting in education.
