The successful candidate

must have good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students. Ability to use tact, discretion and good judgement. The incumbent must have the ability to work with minimum supervision within a multicultural environment, and can respect and work with a diverse range of children and families of all backgrounds and abilities. Demonstrates sensitivity to individual needs of children in a multi ethnic and multilingual environment. Demonstrates initiative and creativity. Has the ability to model healthy adult-child relationships and positive discipline. Adapts well to changing demands. As an effective team player, this position works collaboratively with teaching staff to achieve goals.
