Overview

Comfort Keepers is looking for a Registered Care Aide (RCA) with a car, available for evening and weekend shifts in the Vancouver area to join our growing team. We are a leading in-home care provider for seniors and other adults that require a helping hand or companionship in their home.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the delivery of client care and home support services under the direction of the health care team
• Assist clients with care, observe, and report significant changes in the client’s presentation
• Collaborate with the health care team, clients, and their caregivers to maximize independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
• Assist clients with bathing, showering, dressing, mobility, feeding, and toileting
• Assist with household activities including meal prep, shopping for groceries, laundry, etc.
