The Work You'll Do
As a Regional Support Trainer for LATAM, you will be the in‑region voice for Sovos' AI and product enablement programs, delivering hands‑on training to support agents across our LATAM operations in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for delivering, localizing, and reinforcing the AI and product enablement programs that keep Sovos' LATAM customer‑support teams ready for every product launch and continuously fluent in the AI tools that power our work.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for AI Pods, product launches, and ongoing skill development across the LATAM support organization.
- Deliver content in both English and Spanish, adapting tone and examples for the regional audience.
- Run new‑hire onboarding modules covering Sovos products, AI tools (TheLoops, Salesforce, Ask Sovi), and support processes.
