The position focuses on improving service revenue, strengthening service profitability, and enhancing customer experience by enabling local markets and service teams through structure, tools, and best practices. This is a cross-functional role without direct line management, requiring strong influencing skills and close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Location: You can work from any BUCHI office either in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK or Benelux
