Job Description

The Regional Service Coordinator supports a dedicated group of branches with tasks related to work orders, reporting, and other administrative support and duties.
Work Location: Edmonton, AB; Calgary, AB; or Surrey, BC.
Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 annually. 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - providing the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do
Service work orders: Organize and file all service order documentation. Maintains accurate billing and invoice rate information for multiple customers. Adhere to and complete assigned monthly checklist items prior to deadline.

Opening work orders: Review work order requests for required information, including PO and sublet information, ensuring proper documentation and supports are attached. Create work order, prepare folder and required documentation and inform personnel of work order number.
