Regional Senior Finance Director

Overview

Ticketmaster, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a Regional Senior Finance Director – Latin America to lead financial operations across the LATAM region. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and CFO, driving financial performance, governance, compliance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership – Partner with the Regional Vice President to drive strategy, growth initiatives, and operational excellence; advise the CFO on performance, risks, and opportunities; provide financial insights and modeling for investment decisions and market expansion.
• Financial Management & Reporting – Oversee regional accounting and finance functions; deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results; manage budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning; monitor performance against targets and lead corrective actions; drive regional reporting initiatives.
