About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-first sales leadership role for one of the top-performing provinces in the national portfolio. Reporting directly to the Commercial Senior Director (Canada), the Regional Sales Manager guides TSMs and PSMs across the territory through coaching, influence, and hands‑on field engagement — not through direct operational management. These are some of the most critical provinces in the business, currently performing at a high level with strong momentum across all three territories. This role requires a leader who can sustain that performance, develop a mixed‑tenure team, and drive the next phase of field‑first commercial execution.
