Regional Sales Director – Western Canada

Responsible for developing and achieving group objectives within the Western Canada region by enabling, coaching and mentoring a team of Mortgage Professionals. This role focuses on generating new business with mortgage brokers and securing key broker relationships while ensuring all deals meet risk, credit and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Mortgage Professionals, setting goals and providing ongoing training & development.
• Drive business volumes consistent with risk appetite, adhering to legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Create, maintain and analyze performance reports against goals for team and branch.
• Price applications beyond Manager or Team Lead limits and offer resolution in unique situations.
• Liaise between teams, brokers and internal departments; conduct routine visits to develop solid broker relationships.
