Are you a high-performing sales leader with a track record of scaling teams and crushing targets? We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our Western Canadian expansion.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a team of field-based Business Development Managers, coaching them to win in the SME market, and executing a high-velocity sales strategy.
This isn't a sit back and monitor role. We need a hands-on leader who thrives on the front lines, loves closing deals, and knows how to build a culture of accountability and excellence.
Role Purpose
