Job Description
The Regional Sales Director – Strategic Accounts is responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value clients, with a primary focus on maintenance sales and operations & maintenance (O&M) solutions. Based in Ontario, this role supports both regional and national opportunities, leading the development of long-term client relationships, recurring revenue streams, and enterprise-level account strategies across key markets.
In addition to growing maintenance and O&M services, this role plays a strategic part in identifying and supporting opportunities to position Modern Niagara Building Services’ broader capabilities, including projects, energy solutions, building controls, and technical services where aligned with client objectives and operational priorities.
