Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Regional Practice Lead, Research and Knowledge Translation works in partnership across the organization to lead, cultivate, and facilitate a range of knowledge translation activities, enhancing the use of evidence in practice and decision-making. The Lead is an advocate and active role model for scholarly practice, raising the profile and engagement of research, evidence-informed practice/decision-making, and knowledge translation in the geographic area. The Lead services Fraser Health broadly by supporting individuals and teams, within and across Fraser Health, through the provision of mentorship, guidance, support, and expertise in knowledge mobilization and research-related activities and functions as an expert and liaison to the research community provincially and nationally.
