Job Description
Lead clinical effectiveness and patient safety as the Regional Medical Director of Surgery at Fraser Health. Oversee the surgical care network while ensuring quality and standardization throughout the region.
As a senior leader, you will support the delivery of surgical services while maintaining high standards for performance and enhancing patient and family-centered care. Your role will encompass quality management, recruitment, and departmental operations to drive performance improvement and collaboration among medical staff.
