Job Description

What is the opportunity? The Manager, Social Impact, Ontario North and East Region (Maternity Leave – 14-month contract) will help to advance RBC’s community investment strategy through partnership development, community activation, employee engagement and operational support. Working with the Director, this role will act as an expert advisor to the regional team in the areas of community investment and citizenship engagement activities directly and support the overall goals and objectives as outlined in RBC Community Investment strategy and more broadly the RBC Purpose Framework. What will you do?

Execute on RBC’s social impact strategy and drive the partnership pipeline to ensure we are actively managing our partners and incoming requests for support
