Regional Manager Maternal Health Services Role
Job Description
Manage Maternal Newborn Health Services in a job share capacity located in Rankin Inlet. Focus on ensuring the delivery of high-standard care within established guidelines.
As the Regional Manager, you will report to the Director of Health Programs. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the quality and effectiveness of maternal and newborn health services. You will be responsible for evaluating adherence to health care standards and making necessary improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead region-wide Maternal/Newborn Health Services
• Assess and appraise health care delivery standards
• Ensure compliance with health guidelines
• Promote teamwork for enhanced service delivery
• Collaborate closely with health program leadership
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in healthcare management
• Familiarity with Maternal/Newborn health practices
• Strong influence and leadership capabilities
• Passion for maintaining high-quality patient care
