Position Summary
The Catchment Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for all WorkBC Centres within a catchment. This role ensures coordinated, high-quality service delivery across centres, navigation teams, and community partners, while maintaining consistency with provincial standards and performance expectations. The Catchment Manager is accountable for system integration, team performance, referral pathways, and catchment-wide outcomes, working closely with Program Leadership and Centre Managers to reduce fragmentation and enhance the Job Seeker experience.
