Regional Industrial Engineering Project Leader

Role Purpose

The Industrial Engineering Project Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating regional industrial engineering initiatives across manufacturing plants in the Americas. This role acts as the primary point of contact between plant-level industrial engineering teams and regional leadership, ensuring alignment, standardization, and optimization of processes, systems, and data (with a strong focus on SAP PP structures such as routings and bills of materials) to drive operational efficiency and business performance. This position plays a critical role in connecting plant operations with regional strategy by leading cross‑functional industrial engineering projects, standardizing best practices, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency within SAP.
