Job Description
Main Purpose of this Role:
The HR Analyst is responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions. They play a crucial role in supporting HR operations through technological tools and data analysis.
Main Tasks:
- Collect data from systems and internal parties
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations
- Create process maps
- Prepare clear, readable reports of findings and present recommendations to HR leaders
- Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external parties
- Assist HR employees with aspects of employee compensation, benefits, or training based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas requiring SOPs and develop comprehensive proposals with detailed information.
- Identify automation or improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement technology utilization
