Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of global Reward related policies, guidelines, processes and procedures on regional level.
• Provides consultancy and implementation support in the operationalization of global standards, programs and practices on regional level while adhering to strategic guidelines and targets set by Head of Rewards (based in Germany).
• Provides as Subject Matter Expert state of the art support, solutions and advice to the business and involved HR functions that require expert knowhow in the delivery of a Reward related service on regional level.
• Initiates and manages regional Reward projects / programs / initiatives.
• Takes responsibility for the translation and adaptation of global programs and policies across topics like compensation structure, salary review, incentives / bonus as well as benefits & rewards according to regional requirements. ...
