This critical role focuses on analyzing and enhancing regional filling processes and operational workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, designing innovative solutions, and managing projects that boost productivity, ensure compliance, and reduce costs.

Process Optimization
Analyze existing gas filling, handling, and distribution processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase throughput, reduce cycle times, and minimize product loss. Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, including developing project scopes, creating budgets, managing timelines, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment or modified systems.
