Summary

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) Exteriors and Outdoor Living reports to the District Sales Manager and works with a regional team of sellers. The RAM owns downstream contractor demand for all James Hardie products within an assigned segment. The role defends business, gains customer wallet share, drives material conversion and grows market share, expanding premium product adoption. The role regularly executes district plans and partners with Channel Manager and field teams to convert demand into sustained territory growth.
