Key Responsibilities:
- Own and support full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate coordination.
- Build strategic talent pipelines for technical and specialized roles.
- Conduct creative talent sourcing using LinkedIn, X-Ray search, Boolean search methodologies, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Develop and execute Boolean key string searches based on role requirements.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to niche hiring needs.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical, cultural, and business requirements.
- Support talent mapping and market research initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities.
