In this role, you will support the recruitment of hourly positions for the mine operations team. Responsibilities include pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and aiding onboarding efforts. You will also assist in organizing career fairs and conduct research to help improve the HR function.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in application sorting and candidate pre-screens • Support onboarding and handle pre-employment checks • Participate in health and safety program compliance • Collaborate on HR research and reporting • Generate innovative solutions to enhance operations
