Job Description
1. Licensing and Legal Compliance
Valid Driver’s License: A current commercial driver’s license (Category F or equivalent for heavy-duty vehicles) is mandatory.
Clean Driving Record: A verifiable history with no major traffic violations, reckless driving charges, or DUI offenses.
Statutory Certifications: Compliance with all local transport regulations and the ability to pass regular medical fitness assessments, specifically focusing on vision, hearing, and physical endurance.
2. Professional Experience
Heavy-Duty Fleet Operation: Proven experience operating long-haul trucks or heavy-duty logistics vehicles, typically requiring a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Route Knowledge: Proficiency in navigating regional corridors, particularly the Accra-Adeiso routes and other key delivery networks within the logistics sector.
